The "meat" is some kind of processed soy BBQ wings from the WF's freezer, and green beans, and fries--not our most healthy dinner, but quick and somewhat square.

My husband has worked for WF for almost 12 years! He is an ASTL. I wish his boss would transfer and he could be a TL.
