Today's adventure: chocolate souffle with whipped cream.

Today I made this chocolate souffle, it was the first attempt at souffle for me and I'm very happy with the result. It was very much brownie like, but lighter and extremely moist.

It was wonderful. A bit too rich, but if you like brownies, you'll definitely like this. And it was rather easy to make, especially for a souffle.
