Ah...I remember this one. :) I remember how much I misinterpreted it at first. I think I like it better now that I now some of the background behind it. Having just lost a really close friend due to family problems (on her part) and basically a lack of comunication, this one means so much more to me now. It's beautiful, and I love the imagery. I think the title is great- don't change it. If I had to criticise one part, it would be the first stanza. It doesn't seem to have the depeth of feeling and emotion that was in the rest of the poem, but I have no suggestions, so I think, maybe just leave it and write that off as the fact that some poems just have a hard time getting started. It's not bad, and I do like it, especially the way that you phrased it, but I just got into this more the further I read into it. Either way, I love this one and I think we should keep it.
