Rain

It has not rained here all month.  
Not one drop the entire month of August.  
Last night they didn't even give us a 20% chance of rain, which they have been giving us everyday for the last 2 weeks, and what happens?  
It rains in my car. 
Yes of course I left my windows open because it's 80 degrees by 10:15 a.m. so I don't want the car sweltering when

In Sonoma County, we have a near drought, and weve had plenty of notivces about manditory 10-15% reduction of water usage.
I attempt shorter showers, a little less water usage here and there...
Shortest shower is about 6 minutes...most are around 12-15 minutes.

We did have some rain in August and July-- not enough to really go oooooh about, but slightly unusual.

The thing about global warming, is that some places won't end up warmer or hotter...just wetter, or less wet, or extensions of seasons that screw up plants etc.

However, the wine industry is very happy this year- supposedly it's a bumper crop, perfect, and unusually early.
