это, кстати, интересно. ВЕдь более привычно было бы написать, что люди часто склонны верить всяким сглазам и заговорам, что, мол, какая-то сила управляет их жезнью. Это дает некий сброс с себя ответственности за то, что происходит в твоей жизни. А тут совем навыворот. И тоже правильно...
