Dear flist,

This is of urgent importance. Which House episode would you rec someone to make them see the deep and true love of House and Wilson? I normally ask people to begin with 'Three Stories', but that one's not heavy on the slash, so...

'Birthmarks' doesn't count. '97 Seconds', perhaps?

TELL ME.

Love,
Swatkat

Um, the ones in season two where they are shacked up together?

THIS DOES NOT MEAN I'VE GONE OVER TO THE DARK SIDE. I'M JUST... RECRUITING A PERSON WHO HAPPENS TO BE A SLASHER.

(House vs. God? Oooh, good option!)

Histories! Okay, that's one solid episode. It also has the advantage of being in season one. Hmm.

"Damned If You Don't"! Or "Do". I forget. The end convinced me. Or "All In" maybe.

Is that the Christmas episode of season 1? Because yes, that one.

Yes! That one.

Also, "House vs. God" and maybe "Detox".

I don't watch anymore, but though I was shipping from the beginning of S1, "Babies and Bathwater" was really what just broke my heart and made it plain as day for me, I think because it was so subtle and quiet and you could tell that both of them were deeply upset and effected by Wilson's forced resignation. One of the reasons I stopped watching was because I felt the characters were consistently made into inconsistent caricatures, but in that moment they're just so deeply human I can barely stand it.
