My dog is going on 12 years old now. She recently gained some good weight and is looking healthy yet she can't control her bowels. Big dogs like her don't live to be 10 on average. She still runs through the house every time we let her in as if she was two. My dad now faces the hard decision of whether or not to put her down. I dont like to think

..i think as long as she is not in any pain you should keep her...
