One of my favorite sequences is the symphonic segue to Hawaii 5-0 in the "Medley of TV Adventure Themes" on the Telarc release Bond & Beyond. Based on your limited listen (OMG I CAN'T BELIEVE YOUR IPOD CRASHED AGAIN!!!) how do you think it compares, if at all?

The iPod didn't crash; it's working just fine. What crashed was the computer I had my library on, so I can't at present add any music to the iPod until I get that fixed (hopefully this weekend). The bulk of the library itself is safe, but the HD that failed had my mixes on it; these were backed up on a drive that got lost in the move. The data has been recovered, but it remains to be seen if the rescued files are corrupt. It's not so much the music I'm worried about (I have sent back-up copies all over the country if it comes to that) as it is the artwork. Everything else is either recoverable, backed up elsewhere or not that important.

I have actually listened to the Hawaii Five-O album quite a bit since I received it, I just can't take it with me because I can't yet load it on to the iPod. And I am very familiar with the Bond and Beyond cover, so I would venture mine to be a relatively expert opinion ( ... )
