Holy. Shit.

Its one thing to say, "Hey we got some wind and damage." Hell, the two years I lived in Saint Louis I was shocked at all the evil shit that went on there. Storms, tornadoes, motherfucking EARTHQUAKES. Still. I saw on the news (my wife watches the Today show in the mornings) all the hell which has hit you guys: Holy. Shit.

Glad you were able to successfully "weather the storm" as it were.

And I think I caught your comments on Lawrence of Arabia elsewhere...?

In addition to the amount of damage, there is also the emotional shock factor; this sort of thing doesn't really happen around here and there were many who are still trying to wrap their heads around it.

I found that with all of the different areas I post about things that I was spending more time consulting a thesaurus so that I cold say the same thing here, on FB or on FSM without repeating myself. I've since decided that the basic text can be used (with editorial tweaking, of course) since it is, after all, my own.
