It's interesting that I've had not one but two ideas kind of spring forth at once. Since the inexplicable explosion of mix-making I had earlier this year, the only project that I'd really been working on since was the Alex North epic set. If you're going to add Blade Runner, I'm going to put my head on the chopping block and say you need to put Blade Runner Blues from the New America Orchestra recording. (So many people piss and moan about that disc but I find it serviceable. The trumpet work on that track is excellent.)

I'll think about other noir scores on my way home.
