"It's just another manic Monday...I wish it was Sunday, my don't have to run day"

Feb 26, 2008 00:31

Mondays are the days I manage to scrape by by the skin of my teeth. Which is great, because it's more of an excuse not to brush my teeth. (haha, I do though. I just hate it.) I am allergic to doing homework over the weekends. This is partially because my natural state during this phase of my life is that of being nocturnal. So Mondays are ( Read more... )

Good luck with your piano recital. ♥

Was the movie about Chopin called Impromptu? I love that movie. I would have loved to be one of those people, too.

I sometimes look and people and wonder what their names are, what their life was like growing up, what their interests are, etc. It's kind of mind-blowing to think that there are so many people in the world and everyone has a different story, you know?

Ahh thanks!

Mhm, it was! Ahh it was a good movie. Although the whole gender reversal for George and Chopin was a bit odd...

It's fun to wonder about. I love talking to people and finding out their stories. And all their stories are amazing, too.

Yeah, but that's kind of how it was in real life, haha.

It seems like most people I meet don't have interesting stories. . . maybe I'm not talking to the right people. :P

Haha, yes, Raisin in the Sun was a yawn...so I'm just glad I didn't have to read the play. We did talk about it today in AP though, so it was worth it to have watched.

Mhmm, their language was brilliant! I think the part that I wonder at now is just the culture and the life they led. They were celebrities, but they didn't want to be, necessarily. Such a different, beautiful culture.

Haha, isn't it great having a bizarre mind?! ^^

I was in that show! Although as it was a school show my director had much more then 3 actors...I WAS JULIET! Baha. It was so fun. I was also King...something...in Hamlet...hahah I'm bad. But at one point when he walks out I couldn't find my crown, and Hamlet is doing that puppet show. And my director replaced the puppet show with Hamlet modeling two people (brilliant!) and anyways the one person is wearing a crown...so I went up to him and yelled "YOU, SIR, KNICKED MY CROWN!" And grabbed it.

And another night I couldn't find the regular goblet so I put out the whole pitcher of water and my friend came out...as an old women...and as he goes to drink it he said, "Oh, Grande Size!"

Hahaha! Yeah, it would be the best show to do! You can insert anything, it's so spastic! I actually went to see them perform "All the Great Books (reduced)" with my friend when they came to the area. They're all hilarious!
