The good: I got my homecoming dress! ^^ It's black with white polka dots with a white top part above the empire waist. It's actually kinda short for a homecoming dress- knee length.

The bad: I have nobody to go with. v_v

Omg finals are going to kick my butt over to Eureka. Soooo, I'm pretty sure that your homecoming is hecka late? Wait so they have dances there now? Or something? Is it just high school and just homecoming or what? Our homecoming was in October lol. I didn't have anyone to go with either :( and my dress was knee length!! Who knew! Lol. So now I go sleep after a long hard day of studying....... ^^ lol

I have Mid-Terms this week. My last two are tomorrow. It's not such a bad deal really, we take two per day and get out at 11:45. Could be worse!

Ugh, finals suck. I have them now, and I'm dying.

I've never been able to write a song successfully by myself. Mainly because I can't sing, but also because I think it sucks immediately after coming up with it. I like to critique music though, so I'd be glad to when you get a recording or post the lyrics or whatever.

YAY! A music critic!! *claps* ^^ Aw, you don't like what you come up with? I'm usually obsessed with it for a day or two. Thing is that you need all the other instruments there to back up your piece. You just need to keep that in mind. And there are perfectly good songs without words... ;)

Nah, I'm my own worst critic. Maybe I should start recording things I come up with on my mp3 player, that way if I come up with something good, I'll remember it rather than forgetting it like I usually do. And yes, that is very true that many good songs don't have words.

*gets all excited* You totally should! Some of my best stuff comes from the dumbest riffs! And then you can upload it and I'll be the person that tells you it's totally awesome! ^^ And you can write your riffs down, too. I write out the tabs on graph paper.
