'Dancing Behind My Eyelids' off the new Múm album. The album as a whole is great, but this is one of the standout tracks. While definitely not at the level of perfection as the "Finally We Are No One" album, it does not disappoint. jaden took his first unassisted steps yesterday! sucks i was working and couldn't be there, but i was able to see him strut his wobbly stuff once i got home. janice was able to snag a bit of video. i'm pretty proud of the lil' chubs, especially since he's just a few days over 10 months.

fuckin' a, the new radiohead is the shizznit! damn.

haven't really been on the up-and-up in regards to music these days, but the new albums i have heard this year have got me disoriented. albums that i would have thought to be a given in terms of goodness, have left me disappointed: bjork, muse, joanna newsom, the beasties instrumental. ones that i thought would be alright, but ended up blowing me ( Read more... )

i'm curious...do you use film? if so, how do you justify this against your beliefs?

when the weather was consistently nice and summery, we had been doing little family picnics on sundays. now that the shift has been towards the fall, and janice and jaden have both had colds, the last two sundays we've gone for what is now to be known as, sunday pho.

this makes me happy.

being a dad is amazing.
