A Muggle store was a last resort, sort of. The apothecary hasn't let me know yet. Or the Quidditch shop. Or Flourish and Blotts. You get the idea. I can't stay in limbo very long.
er well if it's money you need Cho, you know there are plenty of us who would rather fill your purse than have you work with muggles if you don't want to?
im very impressed youre going into the muggle world. most younger wizards arent strong enough to get through the...interesting...muggle madness. but its worth it, let me assure you. ive been living mostly in the muggle world for the past 20 odd years.
I know. My parents have lived mostly like Muggles for, well, as long as I can remember. Magic's for things like chores and the like. And turning my tiny closet into a walk in.
I like my flat. All my friends have gotten wizarding flats and have things growing in their sink that talk to them and floorboards that scream when they step on them, and luckily, there's nothing like that here. Just some spiders.
If you need a reference or anything, my Mum's done some translating work for muggle publishing houses, so she could write you one. Provided she remembers you, but I think she would.

Muggles aren't that bad, honestly. All of Mum and Dad's friends are Muggles and even without the magic, they're not so bad.
