I have not written on live journal in a long while. Even as I typed my subject, my left hand automatically went into the single finger peck mode. I got my cast of today. Short term exuberance. The problem is that the hand is actually not healed. The bones have begun to join. Not fully. Which means that I have limited movement from the stiffness,
