Live Journal Escalation

So, Liz decides after seeing my journal that she needs to redo hers.  Its a great improvement, and now I have this desire to start tweaking again.  How do you avoid this obsession?  I suppose I could just take drugs, but that seems so trite.  I'll just wait a few days, and then copy hers, or better, change it again to up the ante.

Andrew only uses apostrophes for "I'll" and not for "It's" or "that's" -- he always writes "Its" [sic] or "thats" [sic].

Simple, leave it plain and boring like I did. It works until you actually go to someone else's page and notice their supercool layout (elenalink for example). Then the desire kicks in and that leads to trouble.

My advice, don't actually go to their page. Just look at their posts off your flist.

Of course you know, this is just the jealousy talking.;)
