I don't mean to sound insensitive, but I agree. Not that beating yourself up is any solution I agree with; I can't say I approve of that. Finding a way to calm yourself down when you're upset may prevent these sort of things from happening. Don't let your worries swallow you up, though I understand how it may be difficult.

...I wish there was something more I could do beyond just saying that. I'm sorry.
