"A head tilted back, hands clenched." - so much yet so little; one thing, you may want to proof it again (sadly, I have learnt to my cost that coffee highs are not so good for the old spelling). But all in all some lovely little sutleties here. :)

Yeah I noticed that after I posted this, when I was away from the internet at my grandparents for the weekend. Yeah coffee highs or caffeine highs of any kind and me don't agree when it comes to grammar. Glad the subtle things came across good here though, it's typically not my thing in that style.
