Well with the interesting AU premise and the promise of all my favorite bad boys and hotties---Lex, Jason, and Ollie, I couldn't resist the Collie this time.

I love the set up but I cringe at any thought Clark might abandon Lex because this one seems like a human being, but I can also see the attraction to Ollie who is just a cocky as always.

Two things:

1) Does Clark's grandfather know everything and if not, will he ever?

2) Blonde and brunette with e's on teh end are for girls. Hey, it's slash anyway, but I thought you'd wanna know.

Oh, Clark's in so much trouble because Excelsior is so going to eat him alive.

Well, I like Excelsior set stuff and there's just not enough of it and the premise sounded interesting with a clex friendship given how much you hate Lex but this one isn't abducting Chloe or murdering people so I can see the difference. Shame about Clark's grandfather. Now that is something I'd have loved to see play out around the Thanksgiving table...nudge.

The blonde/brunette thing I screw up all the time and someone nitpicked it on me. It's just a blond guy. I think it's some weird French deal.

Ollie is an adorable ass and I'm glad Lex has a friend!

Yeah, I thought it'd be interesting to have a story set during Excelsior time. I don't hate Lex, I just don't condone his actions anymore. Plus, he kidnapped Chloe ... not cool. He's younger and more innocent and I do like the Clex friendship from earlier seasons.

I didn't really think about Clark's grandfather ... maybe I'll fit in so he knows. There will be a Thanksgiving scene though. Are you psychic?

Yeah, and this time, Lex could have a better future with Clark by his side. And everyone loves Ollie!

Jason will get in the way. He has no shot of getting Clark and Clark has little to no interest in him but he'll try to bother everyone's favorite blond archer. He's definitely going to be a pain.

Oh but it'd be SO much better if there actually WERE sparks between Jason and Clark. And Jason can confess to the bet, that way they both look bad, but Ollie looks SO much worse for not saying it earlier. Yes, I've heard all the rumors about Jason (will get around to watching S4 soon), but he doesn't sound evil. This would be a pure spite on Oliver and a real regret about Clark. Think about it, huh?

Sorry, doll, I have a plan and Clark is not falling for Jason. There is only one in Clark Kent's heart and that will eventually be Oliver Queen. Jason wasn't all that bad in the show but in my story, I'm not having another nice guy.
