For the "Other" categories, you said: [can be any length]. Since for "Timeframe," "Romance," "Characters," and "Moments," you said [can be any length or WIP], does that mean that the "Other" categories cannot include WIPs? Thanks!

The only category in which a WIP is not eligible is the first three length categories. Hope that helps!
