well not really by I had to title this something and its late and I'm knacked but I have an early flight to catch.

OKay I'm healing, legs still look bad, the left mroe than the right, can't stop wanting to scratch but know it will only make it worse, have failed on this a couple of times.
Head is better, hair growing back. Actually rather unexpected

Work related chemical accident, Damaged the back of my legs rather badly.
