I have always found most interesting to see or to read about how communities, and small communities in especial, to handle an apocalyptic event. How they join forces to go forth unbeated. OMG! Yes, yes, yes! You made me so so happy with this! Yes, please, use my bunny fic. I would love to see it as a story plot even if a short one. As I said in my message, I love apocafics, and when I watched the early episodes of Jerico I could not but think its plot would be really great to inspire a Smallville fic too! So, thank you for your chosing of my bunny fic. I am very excited for the possibility of read any story borne from it! I will confess I saw this bunny as a Rift fix!it (you know, the kind of fic wherein Lex and Clark repair their friendship) because the circumstances surrounding the apocalypse would be perfect for having both boys joining forces for the greatest good, surely. But it will be your fic so you certainly are free to write it as you like, of course. And, whether if its a long or short fic, I am sure I will enjoy reading.
