*rules&guidelines*

Hello there, new member! This community was inspired by batfic100and twilight100.

o1. Your drabble needs to be exactly 100 words. No more no less. Regardless of the small word count, each drabble must be underneath an LJ cut - if you don't know how to use an LJ cut check LJ's FAQs. These drabbles also must be brand new and written specifically for the community. No using past works.

o2. The goal of this community is to have fun of course, but also to bring your team to the winning position for each weekly challenge. Each drabble written constitutes as 10 points for your team and will be counted up at the end of each week. New challenges will be posted Thursdays 10 or 11 PM along with the previous challenge's results. All challenges close on Thursdays 10 PM. will be posted whenever I  get the banners up and pick a new prompt.

o3. You can post as many times as you like in the given week. In fact, it's encouraged. The more you post, the more likely your team will win.

o4. For each challenge, the member of the team who won & had participated will be awarded a banner. This will be announced when new challenges and previous challenge winners are posted.

o5. You are required to put your own tags.

Here is an example:
author:(your username), challenge:(challenge title here), team:(your team)
author:flareonfury, challenge:pie, team:metahumans

Don't forget to add your character & pairing tags, too!

o6. When posting, use the guidelines given in the user info and please put your team & # of drabbles in the subject line.

Here is an example:
team (your team) // # Drabble(s)
team metahumans // 5 drabbles

o7. Crossovers are not currently allowed. (There WILL be challenges that will allow crossovers though!)

o8. Original characters are okay, as long as they aren't the main focus of your drabble.

if i'm on team alien/metahuman/human, am i restricted to writing about just aliens? metahumans/meteor-infected? humans?
That's the beauty of it! NOPE! You can write about whatever and whoever you want, as long as it's in the Smallville universe - so NO characters that haven't appeared in Smallville yet or never will appear in SV - such as Bruce/Batman and Diana/Wonder Woman. If it has been confirmed that the character WILL appear in Smallville, then they are allowed - unless you set in the drabbles are in the future where Clark is Superman and the rest of the Justice League is known to the gang.

can i post more than one drabble in a single post?
Yes and in fact it's encouraged. It helps member flists stay unclogged.

can i link my drabbles, like a drabble series?
Of course!

are we allowed to post our drabbles to other communities/journals?
Most definitely! It's your writing - do whatever you want with it. And no I'm not baning you from posting them to other sites until a certain date. I personally hate that, so I definitely won't practice it here.

is Slash/Incest/PWP/genderbenders/etc accepted here?
Most definitely! Just remember to warn people!
