David and I are potentially going to be renting/buying a house!!!! HUGE I know. In order to successful get this house David needs to get a few more clients with his job (he is an independent contractor and helps special needs adults) so we could afford the rent on any place we live for that matter.

Renting is cheaper, but the housing market is also down. I don't know when it will go up again but it will. It might not be as extreme as last time though. But renting for a while isn't a bad choice when you're getting started.
