I STILL don't have a car, BUT Volvo Chris is going to trade with me....he has a 1985-86 240 Volvo that is in WAY better condition.....it has leather seats and a sunroof and the whole shabang:) David and I are hopefully going to pick it up tonight

ah, that sounds annoying :/ I hate the whole "watch me" training. I'm not the person who learns that way, I have to actually do things.

I worked for Submarina for a week once (which amounted to maybe 3 days) when they decided I "wasn't working out". I knew it was because they thought I was slow, when really they didn't give proper training. Then I got my job at Legoland where their training suited my learning style, and I did fine. They liked me there, I got to work in all sorts of places and positions. I wish the job and education fields accommodated the different learning styles better instead of just assuming a person is inadequate.

Absolutely!!!
It scares me because out of the 50 temps they hired....as far as I know only 2 of us are part time,so I feel more pressure to learn and do a good job, because they may just tell me it's not working out when really, their training isn't working out. It's tough but I am going to try my hardest to understand. I might ask for someone to help me one on one, a lady yesterday said that if we wanted someone to sit with us and help us they could find someone. I might do that.
