I don't understand it kiddo. How can a parcel take nine days to get to LA from San Diego? Argh! :(

I presently have a job in customer service and have seen packages in the US mail get tracked into a major metro area & then disappear from tracking for a week or two. The volume of mail this time of year is really staggering...

Oh and I forgot to add that one of my most used statements is that "expected delivery is an estimate only" :P

I'm glad to hear about your job. Customer service can be hard, especially at this time of year...

They frequently disappear from tracking here, between Sydney and Melbourne, before reappearing without explanation several days later. I really dislike receiving parcels via USPS, their tracking has huge gaps in it. Which I thought I was in, not that it hadn't actually moved!

If Tonto wins this race, which I think he will, I will not be amused...
