Oooooh I like the sound of that spreadsheet!! Good to know someone else is as anal as me, lol. I have a little book that I keep all my doll records in, like date of arrival, where they were from etc. I would like to know your thoughts on arrival dates and dates of birth (I asked this in my lj the other day). If you bought a doll in bit's, head, then body etc what would you class as their actual date of birth/arrival?

I used to have a little book for recording my action figures in too, much easier to carry around if I went to a swapmeet or something :-)

For me the arrival date is not always the date of birth. If a doll arrives in bits and pieces, the date of birth is when she becomes a complete person. I used to think that my dolls only really came to life once I discovered their name, but now it feels more like once they become whole. If I get a complete doll, then the arrival date becomes the DOB to me. I hope that makes sense!

I know the feeling of being too under the pump at work to concentrate on your dolls.

Hopefully your "long weekend" will rejuvenate you :) . A spreadsheet is a good idea haha! The only thing that's hard to factor in in the "want" factor ^^. How many dolls did you end up listing in the spreadsheet?

Realistically my spreadsheet could be huge because there are so many dolls that I'd love to have. I've managed to keep it down to 5 though - so I don't do my head in :-)

Doing my best to just get in the dolly groove!!!

A... spreadsheet?!? LOL! Well, I hoped it helped. ::g::

(And... Who's winning said spreadsheet at the moment??)

Luts order arrived safely and your things are sitting neatly in a bag. Have no idea what Dollmore are doing. I asked on Wednesday when they might ship... they replied and said they'd look into it... and since then, nothing! I think I'll give them until Tuesday and then prompt them again.

I'm not worried as I know it'll arrive - I just wish they'd get on to it, that's all!

Have a dilemma myself... Got a new head that I may just have to turn into another girl - but am not completely convinced yet. ::sigh:: Must try to take pics this afternoon.

I'm inclined towards Dolkot Bera. I fell for Il Bello's Sashael ages ago and would love one of my own. Of course, I've got two columns for her - different pricing for white skin and albino :-)

Waiting is so difficult isn't it? I have to say though, that it does build the anticipation! It will be nice to have more dolly goodies.

Give in to the Girl fever - you must submit!!!!!

You DARE disparage the Spreadsheet?!! Well, yours might be 'Naff' but mine is sublime!! :P

I really hope this weekend can help you decompress my lovely - I know how hard you have been working. **Big hugs**

So modest, my darling :-)

I'm totally grooving to this weekend actually, I've been desperate for this break and I am SO going to make the most of it.

I hope your tax return is all you'd like it to be, and more! Then you can dispose of those long-term plans!

Hehehehe - when David's b/d comes around (end of May) I take the week off! I do hope your extra long weekend is very relaxing and enjoyable.

I like the sound of the spreadsheet - very methodical :)

I'm totally hanging out for that tax return - it better be good, or else!

I always take the day off for Tonto, I tend to take a week off for my birthday in July. I figure, it's my birthday, I'll do what I like. Work, I don't think so :-)
