That was indeed very pretty! Thanks for this!

I'm sorry there appears to have been no nipples on display, but the chest hair was very lovely. In fact it was all very lovely!

That was awesome. The best ever. Made me giggle so much. I thought Athos was a nom de guerre in the books, but who knows. I think the writers have just given up. Why the fuck everyone calls him Athos, I have no idea.

As for the rooms, do the ones from 2.5 match up to the ones in 1.1?

Yay! recap posts are the funnest, and a completely legitimate use of a whole day...

Looking at wikipedia, (shush) apparently 'Olivier' was taken from the play and never actually named as such in the book, which I'd forgotten.

Athos' room was the same as in 01:01, although I think the sword had gone from the wall. I don't think we see any others, do we? I now want to study every courtyard/balcony scene to try and work out which is his window though!

Oh bugger. I'd forgotten about that. I did know once. Does this mean that Athos is his family name in the novels? I don't know. Bah. This is why AU is so good. XD

Bollocks to them and their purpose built film set in Doksany. And to you and your beady eyes. XD

Stop finding out stuff. I shall spank you.

I don't know. I don't know anything any more. I'm going to retire into obscurity and confusion. XD

I do like the idea of them all living in rooms at the garrison. I need fic involving sneaking between rooms at night. Climbing in of windows after hours. Hiding under beds during unexpected inspections. <3

Is that supposed to be a deterrent? :D

Kiss hiiiiim.

I'm sure he wanted to, and he was pretty close, but he didn't want to take advantage of the poor guy who was lost in his memoris :D

Catherine: "Is he a Musketeer too?" (Athos: No, he's my bitch.)

Well, he did kind of act like Athos's servant or something like that... his personal slave or such :D

Oh, I'm SURE he is... XD
I seriously love those 4 guys oh so much, all 4 of them and I think they have great chemistry together... basically everyone with everyone... I wanna read about them getting drunk and having an orgy, so everyone can have a piece of everyone XD

Anyway... I feel like they are heavily "promoting" Athos/D'Artagnan this season... or maybe it's just me... but it makes it hard to resist... very, very hard :D

Athos: "This is where we make our stand." And over here, a bookcase. And here, I thought maybe an occasional table.

Heheheh!

I missed the thing with Thomas being 27 - yeah, that doesn't really make sense. I kind of assumed that Athos has been Musketeering for 10 years or so now as well, which he's not old enough for if he's older than Thomas. Maybe Thomas was meant to be 17? He looked older than that though. Hmm.

As far as the series goes, I think it was stated that it's been five years since Athos had Milady hung? (Same time Aramis was in Savoy). Thomas' tomb says 1598 - 1625, which makes him 27 - very late to marry, for both of them I would have thought! None of which would have been really worthy of remark if it hadn't been for Athos' comment that he and Catherine had been too young to be betrothed, because I imagine anything after about 14 they could have been - even 16, if they wanted to keep things a bit more modern, but there's still a gap of ten years! Maybe Athos was off doing military service or something, which he probably would have had to. Keeping out of Catherine's way, knowing he was likely to be married off as soon as he came home!
