Wow, lovely pictures *g* I do envy you the zoo trip in particular, it's years since I went to the zoo and I do love seeing all the animals up close (and snuggling asleep together! awwww!). Not sure I could cope with going up the Shard, even if you paid me, let alone for thirty quid - I have that vertigo that makes you want to 'fling yourself into the abyss' which is unsettling... I am amused that the cable cars say 'Hello Barcelona'....

I went when I was about 10, but don't really remember much about it, so it was a fun trip! the Shard was amazeballs, although yes, probably not if you've got vertigo especially given that it's all just glass!

the cable cars all had different countries on them, I presume the places that the Emirates airline fly to? (given that they built the cable car. although this has only just occurred to me!)

Oh that looks like a fun day or two! I am hoping for something like your last day when I am in the UK. I may have decided my mate and I are going to be all dressed up and posh but a bottle of red should cure us of that ;)
