Umm, I haven't tried a strawberry margarita, but I should really, since I love the usual ones :-)

Hi

Not much of a drinker myself (bit of an irony that I use The Mighty Lemmy as my avatar then) BUT when I do have a tipple I am partial to a Long Island Iced Tea.

There is only one place that I have found that mixes 'em the way I like 'em.

1 part Vodka
1 part 1800 Tequila
1 part rum
1 part gin
1 part triple sec
1 1/2 parts sweet and sour mix
1 splash Coca-Cola®

Mix ingredients together over ice in a glass. Pour into a shaker and give one brisk shake. Pour back into the glass and make sure there is a touch of fizz at the top. Garnish with lemon.

or the Virgin version is

Brew up 2 cups of extra strong brewed tea.

Mix 2 cups of tea, 1 quart of apple cider, 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice, and ginger ale.

Serve over ice with a lemon slice.

Lemmy

My all time fav bevvy was found in a Goth club called The Continental in Buffalo NY. The bar is gone but the legend lives on.

The proper name of the drink was 'Jim Jones Kool-aide' Most people called it a purple mother f**ker because of it's colour and the ease.speed at which you become inebriated while drinking it (it's purple and it f**ks you up). I can't give you the recipe but I know there was Blue Curacao, Southern Comfort, Sloe Gin, Sour mix, Grenadine, Tequila, Vodka and other things in it. It tasted like purple popsicles (iced lollies) and you NEVER drink them sitting down! ;) YUMMY! :^[
