I loved this. The confusion and fear that Billy feels is really palpable and was dark and enjoyable. Tommy being a wonderful brother by helping to heal Billy was also...sinfully delicious~ One of my favorite pairings that never gets many fics!

No, this isn't AU. It's meant to be in the 616 timestream. Sorry if it got confusing. Fantasy Island is what the inmates of the Negative Zone Prison call the prison. Billy was in that prison for a while during Civil War. This is basically just a little look at what happened to him when he got out.
