Horror Movies are Awesome <3

So this is mostly for my bb sakuradrops252 because she told me she wanted to get into horror movies and of course being the occasionally good friend I am, I wanted to do a picspam to kind of help her along. At first it was going to be some kind of "Beginners Guide to Horror Movies" but I became very bored and capping became tedious so I didn't want to do that. I ( Read more... )

Okay, really. I need to check out so many of these movies. I claim to love the horror films and yet, I don't even think I could do a top 25! But you hit some good ones -- Saw, definitely (though I think Saw III was my favourite, but mostly because I'm pretty partial to Amanda) and Scream. Man, I love Scream. And I Know What You Did Last Summer.

As for Trick R' Treat: I liked it, for the most part. I wasn't terribly impressed with some pieces, but the "virgin" and the opening scene were fantastic. As was little Reggie with her Halloween obsession and being all creepy with the school bus story. (Reggie being the Dead Like Me character, because I don't remember the character's name.)

I also have no desire to see Paranormal Activity.

I love this picspam. *ahem* Thir13en Ghosts is just so fun for me to watch. Flawed, but fun. Carrie, Nightmare on Elm Street = classics. Saw, Descent, Candyman, Scream. Love. Most of everything else on your list I haven't seen yet.

Candyman ruined mirrors for me for a long time lol. Tony Todd was so effective, the voice, the mere look on his face... ahhh.

I was OBSESSED with Scream not too many years ago. I, too, loved to talk about it, it was pathetic how into it I was. Still not sick of it though.

And HA, yes! Whenever I hear Paranormal Activity mentioned, I glare and scoff to myself. Whatevs, people! Saw VI was so worth the money, and I was worried I would be disappointed with it. I'd say Saw, Saw III, and now Saw VI are my top three in the franchise. Here I thought I would hate Saw and now I'm such a sucker for it.

Finally, the perfect moment to use an Adam icon lol. Yay.

YESSSS. I love horror picspams, and this is possibly one of my favourite ever. Definitely adding this to my memories so I can use this as a reference whenever I feel like watching a new horror film.

This totally makes me inspired to picspam my favourite horror film too. Ginger Snaps is to me what Scream is to you, haha.

Oooh, my friend has some of these (Candyman, Saw)! Definitely checking them out this weekend. TYSM, BB! /double hug

And what did you think about Paranormal Activity if you saw it? A bunch of people I know said it was dissapointing.
