 A few things:

1. sutcliff_swap will be on hiatus this year. I have a lot of stuff going on during the timeframe when we usually run the fest (finishing my PhD, graduating, trying to find a job, etc), and I'm not exactly sure when things will settle down. I definitely intend to bring it back next year, provided I have, indeed, found a job and am not wandering

I am not moving to DW yet, and may miss future announcements if they are DW only. I'd be prepared to take over as a mod here, or perhaps a Tumblr mirror might be an option? (Not sure how those are done, maybe manually).

If you'd like to take over here as a mod, that would be great, otherwise making a sutcliff_swap tumblr account is a good idea. I'm happy to make a tumblr account and post announcements on there as well. Let me know which one you'd prefer.

Are you deleting your LJ presence? If you are, then if I can mod and just keep the old content and mirror anything new, that seems preferable to me than breaking links.

But perhaps going forward, a Tumblr would be more likely to attract new writers. I met an Eo9 fan over there the other day who writes rather well and had no idea there was a Sutcliff fandom at all.

I'm probably not going to actually delete my lj--there's one comm that I don't want to lose access to. But I'd prefer not to be on lj a lot or keep posting.

How about if I add you as a mod and then you can do it if you want to? And I'll also create a tumblr because I agree that it would be nice to attract new people if possible, and I doubt we'll be getting them through lj.
