How fabulous to see some Outcast fic. I remember finishing the book and desperately searching for some fiction where Beric was happy and loved because I wanted that so badly for him. Of all her characters that I've encountered, he was the one I felt for most. Throught all his vicissitudes, he kept trying and kept hoping until the very last and you've expressed so tenderly how that hope is rewarded. Beautiful writing, and I very much like the way you've expressed it from Justinius' point of view.
Thank you so much! I am glad there are others who wanted some fic from this book. I adore h/c and the last part was steeped in it and I just wanted more, more, more. Plus, I am so in love with Justinius as a character. I want all the Justinius fic--his backstory, future, etc. I really felt for Beric, too, and love the relationship that starts to develop between them, as Beric slowly starts to heal.
