It can be difficult to get used to this place, especially if you come from an urban/suburban area. The lack of stuff to do, the rich bastards that go here, and...the...lack of stuff to do. Keep your chin up.

I had a miserable last semester.. I understand. I hate it here a lot of the time.

it seems like there is alot of nice people here on campus but i haven't really been able to connect/find them...and it isn't because i haven't tried-i worked really hard the first semester to find a place here but nothing ever clicked. could have something to do with the fact that i don't drink or do drugs which many people do..who knows. throw in some bad professors and only one class that i've enjoyed..im also from an urban/suburban area like you said so it has been quite different...needless to say, after MUCH thought..im leaving at the end of the semester..im sure that other people have had totally different experiences and love it here but that wasn't the case for me
