Try in Dongdaemun. Dongdaemun station, exit 9- on the left is a giant white building. The 4th or 5th floor has a lot of cross stitch shops... lots of patterns to choose from as well. Dongdaemun is a major shopping district, and the place is pretty famous, so you shouldn't have much trouble the station, although it's so packed it can be troublesome finding stuff. It's a lot of walking around though to find what you want, so be prepared ;)
