Got a call from freight again and called them back, but she seemed aggravated that I returned her call. (They must all have been at lunch). she shortly told me that EcoFurniture just called her and said they would get back to her about being responsible for the funriture after 72 hours. Don't fucking call me if you don't want me to call you back.

How did this broker NOT know that you would be required to put down 20%, and how could he not have told you that right up front? And how could he not see whether you had that 20% to put down? Document, because it sounds like this jerk may cost you money and the condo. and it will be his fault!

I don't know how he couldn't predict that the insurance folks were too paranoid to insure a loan with 15% down, and I don't know how he thought I had so much money just sitting around. Hell, if I had that kind of cash, I would have put doan 20, avoided PITI and reduced my monthly mortgage and fees.

At six last night, my agent called to say that the broker called him to say he got a verbal ok and that the 24hr extension was granted again. So today, we wait to see if the paperwork comes in time. If not, he issues a mortgage denial and I get my deposit back.
