FYI - with student loans...if you're not working or collecting unemployment (not working) you can get deferments/forbearance up to 2 years (yeah we did)...

I've done that, but if I get a job, I'd rather start paying it off now, especially if there's no rent to pay along with it.

I am still stuck at home with my parents and it isn't so much fun and I want to gain independence, but I can't seem to go anywhere.
