For those of you who missed it, I am tagging along w/ my friend Beth on her business trip to India. I'm in and around Bangalore this week while Beth works, and next week we'll check out some other parts of the country

Wow, that sounds great! Will you take lots of pictures? So how is Indian food in India different from Indian food in America? (Apart from being regional and served on the occasional banana leaf.) Do you haggle over everthing? You should walk away from a not-quite-good-enough deal. In the future it will make your haggling stronger. I would imagine.
