You get Diane Rehm out there? Why, she's a staple here in DC, where the show originates from. Mike and I even trade Diane Rehm voice intros back and forth (it's easy, just sound like you're about two seconds from dying a natural death - mean? yes, but hilariously true) Don't get me wrong, she's great, but what an odd voice to still be on radio....

Yeah - she's on the NPR 24 hour feed. I enjoy her show, as there's an hour discussion and you never really known what you're going to get. If I'm not interested, I can usually swap to a local station program. And it did take me a bit to get used to her voice - kind of Julia Hoffmanish without the affectation.
