Another amazing chapter :), and I promise I wish I was wrong about the boys in books, they're just giving me unrealistic expectations. *sigh*

Then again, boys in books have some serious drama issues. At least... the boys I write. If you ever wanna see some of my original fiction, I'll shoot a bit of it your way. As it's in the process of trying to be published you'll hafta understand if I don't show you all that much of it. Legalities n'crap. But, if you wanna see really badassed hot guys with some serious issues - then my stuff's definitely the shit to read. And the girls aren't picnics either, half of them are as bad as the boys. And one of them is flat out scary, she is only rivaled by her brother for insanity etc... Both are equally horrifying, especially when you realize that the sort of slide involved in the characters is realistic despite the setting, but their insanities run to opposite sides of the spectrums. Okay, enough rambling about Vargen and the Armadas stuff... *zips lips*

I seriously want to see some Ten/Nurse Fisher action, but I'm not sure if she would go for that. So... assuming that aye, this Caspian IS 22, and Susan is around that age? Since the train accident occurred when she was 21, it would be some time after that...

I'm curious as to if Susie Fisher does share her story with Ten, and if she is in a sense, experiencing amnesia, too. Either from trauma of hearing about the accident or in the sense that she 'has lost her way'.

It takes place at about the same time-ish. Aslan has transported Caspian to 'occupy' the same sort of... 'space' if you will that Peter would have if he lived. I probably need to go back and double-check my ages, and I have definitely monkeyed a bit with some stuff but not much. I'm going to have thigns sort of opperate under the assumption that Su became a nurse like *snap* after the trainwreck because she needed to support herself on more than what her inheratence would provide.
And Ten/Fisher action will happen - in due time. It's not a rush thing, they're both wounded, and both have their issues. Caspian wasn't sent by Aslan to fall in love with Susan, only to get her back by any means necessary. To... renew her faith in something, and to inspire her to some sort of belief. All without the backup of his memories in his waking mind. And at the same time survive what the Shadowlands would throw at him, to keep his own faith alive, even if he didn't remember what it is that he believed in. A bit spiritual and a bit psychological ( ... )

I imagine to be a war-time nurse, it doesn't take much time to train to be one. It seems the job is always high in demand especially during wars. But assuming that this is post-WWII era, nurses fall out to becoming house wives again or to go into a different profession. It's certainly a possibility for Su to be up and coming. She's got the skills to do so---she's quite gentle enough ( ... )

Well Aslan just sorta... sent him. They don't really know where he came from, but his file says that he left Spain during the Civil War for Argentina and then after WWII finished, tried to go home. And actually no, 22 would be an applicable age as he could've been a soldier officially at 15/16 or so, and of course if he had left Spain during the Civil War, he could've seen fighting at any age. But, as he isn't really a Spaniard or anything of that sort - he's a fully transplanted person from Aslan's Country, but he's... occupying the 'space' that Peter would have if he'd lived. They're the same age I believe, but as I said earlier, I gotta double check, and probably hafta correct some stuff. I only went over the timeline briefly.
As for Su becoming a nurse, while true she's from a 'nice' middle class home, and at that point in time 'nice' middle class girls no longer needed jobs so it's why she had an easy time getting the job. There's some conflict and reason later on due to the fact that she's Susan Pevensie, but I won't talk about ( ... )

I don't think bringing Caspian in would do much good...then we'd all just swoon instead...either way still unconcious.
