:p Oh, if you had thought of it, why hadn't you written it? I would've liked to see how yours would've turned out. This little fic idea didn't start out as much but it was like a snowball rolling down a giant hill. It's turned into a much larger project than I thought it would.
Thanks so much for tuning in though. :D Very much appreciate it.

“I had it sorted,” Peter remarked... --> LOL, if that isn't the peter we all know and love! well, at least i love him =P i loved that you had grumpy!pete on this, i just adore him when he's grumpy. kinda makes me want to pinch his cheeks xD *glomps pete until he cringes in pain* and i should let you know that i'm studiously ignoring that last line. there's no poison whatsoever in this, at least in my mind. peter is not in any mortal danger at all-- these things usually end up in a much more positive note in my mind, even if they don't on the actual fic. so see, i have nothing to worry about! *big grin* denial is a powerful thing. so i'll just go on blissfully with my everyday routine without ever feeling like i need to break into tears because my pete is dying. neat, huh? xDDDD
other bits and pieces that i loved:
“the horse we have yet to determine a name for is tired...” --> HEH, he's not making the "phillip" mistake twice! ;) i love your edmund ( ... )

I wanted to put in some sort of "I had it sorted" line because the fact of the matter is, the White Witch-revival attempt does not happen in this story. So I wanted to get that in there somewhere.
Edmund could possibly be the most difficult for me to write. But I --do-- enjoy writing him. And I'm glad that he's turning out okay.
I like dorky awkward, Caspian. I really do. But I have to stop if I want him to properly become a good leader and king. xD
The thing about the poisons... well, you'll see. And there was blood, but Badgers have strong noses, like most rodents who usually bury for a living, so they can smell it.
