I was told the winner of rain would have to use it right away. I don't think being given until the next TC counts as right away.

They had to use it that immediate week - or, "right away." We stated they couldn't save it for future use which is not what we were allowing anyone to do. Both options stated they had until a certain time: 1) before the next Tribal Council and 2) before the next immediate immunity challenge. In this case, Drew would have had until later today to use his power.
