Job Recognition

Every time you post with your "Job" you'll take a week off your next promotion time with up to two weeks every month. This goes for logs and network posts. You MUST post here with the link so that we can keep track, however, and properly update you each month.
Regardless of if you've reached the next level, the supplies are only dropped once a month with the new arrivals (if there are any) and thats when you'll get your upgrades in both status and defense items.

Any character can do ANY job they're suited to, or that they have experience in. Obviously medics are going to have to have some sort of medical background though. Keep that in mind, you may be rejected for the job if they do not have the experience.

:::: <lj user="USERNAMEGOESHERE" title="CHARACTERNAMEGOESHERE"> <br /><br /> Defence<br />- This job is best suited to the supernatural or godmode characters, or those with the ability to take care of themselves against things that go more than bump in the night. Their job is to primarily beat the monsters or rescue those who're stupid enough to get into trouble.<br />:::: <strong class="lj-user"><a href="/read/user/eatingwings">eatingwings</a></strong> <br /><br /> Forager<br />- Freelancers, willing to work for a buck to go out and find specific things, or just bring back things to try and haggle with.<br />:::: <strong class="lj-user"><a href="/read/user/diditmyway">diditmyway</a></strong> <br /><br /> Chef/Cook<br />- Though the supermarkets are flooded with zombies and other sorts of monsters and food is a bit scarce, what there is hanging around you're responsible for! And yes, you'll be punished via demotion or banishment to the nothingness for spitting in the food if you get caught. <br /><br /> Medics<br />- People with field medicine or medical history are best suited for this job. It's basically a door to door medical staff. Best reserved for healing power characters or characters whom have an affinity for medicine, however not limited to these types. You can learn in character of course as well. <br /><br /> Repairman<br />- This is the 'handy man'. Something wrong with the plumbing? Well this is the person to go to to get your drain snaked. ......You thought it not us. But anyway, all around handy-man. Like the technician, this may include some light electrical work. <br /><br /> Technician<br />- This job is for the tech savvy! It's pretty self explanatory in the way that these characters may be called on to make programs that will be distributed in the system or for specific people even. Maybe a few simple games (Tetris anyone?) for the people around to relax and play with! Then again, these guys or gals, could do work up to and including harder computer things or electric work. <br /><br /> Delivery<br />- Need something delivered but don't wanna take the risk yourself? Hire a delivery boy or girl! Alternately, you can use the mailing system but it will take 3 weeks for supply ships to drop it properly into place. <br /><br /> Escort<br />- Not what you think it is right off the bat. Some people can't make it through the world to go from place to place, they either have a lack of ability or just aren't built for it. If someone needs to be protected, an escort may be called upon. Alternately, they can also team up in 'Defence' as well! They should have basic knowledge in survival in most areas as well as be relatively more than able to take care of themselves and others. <br /><br /> Coordinator 1/5<br />- Nosy is the best way to describe these ones. Coordinators do just that. They're hired in order for, or coordinate for free, other jobs to be directed in specific ways. Think of them as micro-managers, in your business and always trying to direct those who will work for them. This job is limited and will be cap raised once we get more players.<br />:::: <strong class="lj-user"><a href="/read/user/thumbonmylip">thumbonmylip</a></strong> <br /><br /> Hitman/Assassin<br />- These guys and gals ... Take care of your business for you. <br /><br /> Itemsmith <br />- Itemsmiths are just that! They smith items, or make items out of other things in and around the areas they live or what they're brought. They're not unlike blacksmith's.
