The microbiology program coordinator is quite efficient! He's the one who sent me the email confirming that I am accepted into the microbiology program, and the email instructed that I reply, via email, with the lab sections I wish to register in (we can't register ourselves; the department has to do it for us). Ya, I remember Dr. Ramey confirming my request pretty quickly. He is definitely one of the nice profs! :)

Sometime last summer he sent an email out to all the Micb students from my grad class asking for an update on what we were doing for the purpose of gathering statistics on what Micb grads go on to do (med/dent/pharm/grad school/working in the micb field etc). Anyway, because he is such a nice guy and was always really helpful I replied right away (saying I had just been accepted into pharm), and I can see how those statistics would be useful to the department.

I'm so surprised at how quick and efficient things have been! A big contrast compared to the way things were run in MICB 201 and MICB 202! I am so incredibly thrilled that I got into the program! I think it calls for a celebration!
