When I was 12, my dad hired the cheapest guy he could find to do some renovations on our place. He hired a guy called Art, and my siblings, our neighbourhood "friends", and I would make fun of him since he was weird/creepy/gross and a little overweight. AHAHAHAHA I love Art's pose, its like he's trying to pop his back or something. These are the things that make being a kid worthwhile. Love It, favorite part- the bulging outhouse! This has inspired me to go find the "Disgruntled Mother's Disorder" Pamphlet my sister and I made using pictures of our mom making funny faces and in weird positions. Its all about taking precautions against the early onset of DMD. Strangely enough, when our mom found our little brochure, she became pretty damn disgruntled!

The reason why he is in that particular pose is because that's the way he was drawn in the book (we just traced him).

That was awesome. Now I want to scan and post some of my childhood silliness as well.

What a lame gift though - but at least it turned into this awesome bit of nostalgia for you, eh? :)

I don't think I have anymore of these kinds of things to scan, unfortunately. It's great that we can scan old photos, drawings, etc, isn't it?
