A few minutes ago, Dave and I were chatting (he took time out of playing WoW and came up to me and gave me a hug), and I thanked him for putting up with me (and he did likewise), and that started a short conversation about relationships and being attracted to your partner. His relationship with me is the longest one that he's ever had, and he said

I love lust in a loving relationship...GOD I MISS MY FIANCE! 3 more months from today.... only 3 more months... that's like my first three months: August to November and look how fast that went.... ;)

The fact that he said, "Still attracts to you towards the end" caught me off guard, but I'm sure he just didn't think about what he said, and didn't mean it like that. :p

Mutual lust is a wonderful thing, though.

Maybe I didn't write it down properly, but the points he was trying to make were:

1. This is the longest relationship he's been in.
2. His attraction to someone drops after a while, but he is still incredibly attracted to me.
