and yes, Elemental is going to be continued, soon I hope. it's well-liked and fun to write so...yeah.
this story had actually been bothering me for a while and I had to get it written despite having so much else to complete... it's the first story where I've allowed myself to play with magic and different universes and well...mostly everything, with little regard to the canon story. I wrote it before Elemental and SWAK, and it's a real pleasure to write (when I have time. writing and real life doesn't always mix, sadly).

anyway, yes, mental imagine of Sano beating his head against tyhe wall while KAoru is off being a captive of a sexy tribe warrior...very amusing.
and yes, you're right; playing outside canon is wicked fun! but for me it's a bit hard to know if I'm keeping them in-character. I'm a worry-wart(ha) about that. no confidence in that area, at all. so thanks for the compliment! :)
