Sorry to hear about your dad's teeth. But as far as my father's dentures go, they look real. But most don't. His were done but this one person who made theirs look real (and they were made to fit his mouth). Some dentures look fake and some look real, you gotta shop around and whatnot. (Sorry, person who did my dad's top teeth is no longer there, had someone else do his bottom)

I tried to respond to this while I was at school. All I know is it wasn't really working, so I don't know if they will show up magically later. Whatever. What I was trying to say earlier was I totally did not know your dad had dentures. After all these years and I never once noticed.

My dad had perfect teeth until his second wife started forcing him to go to the dentist for cleanings and whatnot. And of course, he gets calcium stones, so he can't get the calcium he needs either. :/ If he could afford it, he'd have dentures now.

My teeth suck! From a little research, we've found out that it's the Native American genes. Makes your teeth grow at a weird kind of arc, I can feel my front ones do it, and they're just not known for being the best. :/
