I got three glares today from people who didn't get into the play. Horrible feeling. My stomache like...crumpled, knowing that because of me they were upset. Casting is difficult. I wish I could cast everyone...and that they'd all do a good job

What people don't realize is that people have to be cut in order to make the production as good as possible. If you kept everyone in, then it might only be a notch above mediocre, unless they were all good actors. Which just isn't possible; not everyone can act. I've been in plays where no cuts were made and really, they were not very good.

bah. People are dumb. I wish I could cast the plays at my school.

I know. I hope they don't hold anything against me especially 'cause I'll have to work with all of them in the spring production.

But then there are the people who come up to you (or even ME, which I found strange) jumping up and down SO excited that they made it. =D

It's going to be wonderful. People will get over it, and you're not a bad person for casting the play so that it can be the best possible.

What I would like to know, is why I wasn't cast? Sure I graduated two years ago, and I didn't audition...but HOW DARE YOU!
